Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital Inpatient Renovations to Private Rooms
The Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital Private Room Renovation is designed to add a Private Bed Floor in the space vacated when the new Sinai Guild Medical Office Building was occupied in 2010. The new floor will contain 21 new private beds and allow Huron Valley-Sinai to decompress another 21 semi-private rooms to privates. The project includes all incremental equipment and furnishings to support the 21 beds (20,736 square feet of renovation). At least 25 percent of the workforce hours needed to complete the project will be completed by Oakland County residents.
